My wife, Kristin, and I have been married for 22 years. We have two sons, Jacen and Joshua. We lived in Virginia Beach, Virginia for most of that time, while I worked at CBN. I traveled extensively for CBN during that time, even visiting the Upstate for a fair amount of stories. Who'd have thought I would ever call this area home? 

After CBN we spent a brief time in Idaho, where I have family. We eventually decided to return to the east coast, and were recommended by friends to try settling in the Greenville area. Having been throughout the Carolinas, we figured "why not", and gave it a try. We've not regretted the decision! . I was just beginning my new career in real estate photography in one of the most popular states in the US.

As a family, we enjoy the many hiking and camping opportunities the area affords, the Logos Theatre in Taylors, and the Foothills Philharmonic in Greer. Falls Park in Greenville remains a favorite. A true gem! 

Personally, I'm a bit of a film buff. I pretty much have a film quote for just about anything, I also am a nut for history, gardening, and trying my hand at cooking. Not quite the chef, but I'm a work in process!

SOJOURN: a temporary stay; to stay as a temporary resident (verb). My past job involved a great deal of travel...and sojourning. And what is life? A temporary stay, a vapor (James 4:14). "What we do in this life...echos in eternity" (Maximus Decimus Meridius..GLADIATOR).
